Flying Vehicles Since man first took flight, the idea of a flying car has intrigued both vehicle manufacturers and the public. Unfortunately, while humanity has dreamed of taking to the skies in an automobile, the concept has thus far proven unmanageable. Young drivers see a price reduction for van insurance
Written by Mackenzie Dexter on February 26, 2012 – 5:46 pmRecent research undertaken by Autonet Insurance has identified that van insurance premiums for younger drivers has reduced by up to 20% over the past year.
The study by the insurance broker identified that in January 2011 the average cost of van insurance for men aged 22 and under was £2550. In January 2012, the average cost of the same insurance premium was £2210 which is a difference of 13.5%.
Female van drivers in the same age category saw an average van insurance premium difference of 20.8%.
Stuart Scott the head of distribution at Autonet, said, “As the UK’s largest van broker we constantly review and monitor insurance premiums to make a conscious commitment to maintain competitive prices for all age and gender brackets.”

In addition, defensive driving helps to protect the lives and property of others around you while on the road. As well, defensive driving can help you to avoid legal problems such as speeding tickets and arrest.
The key to defensive driving is to pay attention to your own driving habits. Between other vehicles on the road, cell phones ringing, billboards flying by, animals darting out in the road and all manner of other distractions, it can be very easy to lose focus while driving.

RI Regulators Give Guidance on Snowplow Insurance Implications
